ZIRRUZ Wheel and Component Warranty Terms

Thanks to strict manufacturing standards, extensive testing, and high product quality, all HTG-ZIRRUZ wheels come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is therefore non-transferable.

Additional Warranty Coverage:

  • Non-HTG ZIRRUZ wheels are covered by a 12-month warranty.

  • ZIRRUZ components are subject to the statutory 6-month warranty period.

  • For products from other brands, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

  • brake pads and braking surfaces

  • bearings

  • other consumable or wear-prone parts

Important for Carbon Wheel Use:
When riding carbon wheels, you must always use the special ZIRRUZ brake pads.
If you switch between carbon and alloy rims, make sure to also change the brake pads accordingly.
Failure to follow these instructions will void your warranty.

Payment

Payment Options at ZIRRUZ

At ZIRRUZ, you can choose from three secure and convenient payment methods:

  1. iDEAL
    Paying with iDEAL allows you to complete your purchase instantly within your trusted online banking environment. Payments are processed immediately, ensuring your order is handled without delay.

  2. Credit Card
    When paying by credit card, your details are securely encrypted and forwarded to your credit card provider for processing. For added security, you may be asked to enter a 3D Secure verification code. Please note that processing by your credit card company may cause a slight delay in shipping.

  3. PayPal
    With PayPal, you can pay using your bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance—simply using your email address. Transactions are processed quickly, allowing your order to be shipped promptly.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping & Delivery

At ZIRRUZ, we aim to deliver your order within 3 working days. Once your order is placed, the wheels are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped using trusted carriers such as PostNL and DHL. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, our customer service team will contact you promptly to inform you of the estimated delivery time and discuss a suitable solution.

For shipments within the Netherlands, ZIRRUZ covers all shipping costs.

Returns

Returning a Product

Would you like to return a product?
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. If you ordered multiple items in one order, the withdrawal period starts on the day you received the last item.

During the 14-day cooling-off period, we ask that you handle the product and packaging with care. If you decide to return the product, it must be sent back—along with all original accessories—in its original condition and secure packaging.

Please note: ZIRRUZ is not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping, and no refund can be issued in such cases. We therefore recommend using registered (tracked and insured) shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
